Morning Prayer:Father, speak life into any barren agendas I have, that they might bring forth pleasing fruit. I realize I can do the right thing for the wrong reasons. Purify my infected motives. Cleanse me of calculated kindness. Instruct me in integrity. Amen.
Evening Scripture:”For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die— but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.”
This is our sweet student Meilin. She has been with us for three years now. She has the sweetest demeanor about her and is always happy. Meilin helps other students in class that don’t know as much as she does (though she is a beginning English speaker). AND is always willing to help me with anything I need. She is very encouraging to others. She is one of five children in her family. We are “featuring” Meilin this month as the child we would like you to specifically pray for by name.
She is just one of our students that God has allowed us to be part of her life and show her the love of Christ. If you would like to come along side of us in participating in what the Lord is doing in these children’s lives please consider a donation of $50 a month.
